has long supported a number of education programs to help students excel in their education and ready them for the professional world.
FIRST TECHNO CHALLENGE
2021 was the start of a new high school initiative at WMI to promote science and engineering.
A high school team was formed to participate in the FTC robotics program. The team appears to be holding its own. The team ranked #2 in Illinois after the March 2025 State compettion.

AERONAUTICAL EXCHANGE PROGRAM
WM INTERNATIONAL leads an exchange program for high school and college students between US and Seville-Spain ADT-ITS technical school. Students are immersed on a 10 day hands-on session on technical elements of aerodynamics structures, engines, avionics, and a leadership management short course.
